「圧縮する」は、compress the data あるいは zip the file と表現することも可能です。a compressed file の代わりに a zip file と言うこともできます。

お手数ですが、すべてのデータを１つのフォルダーに圧縮してメールでお送りいただけますか？

複数のファイルをばらばらで送るのではなく、１つのフォルダーに圧縮するという意味です。zip all files の代わりに bundle all files into... という表現も可能です。「１つの」ということを強調するために single という単語を使います。  また、下の例では、インフォーマルになりますが、e-mail を動詞として使っています。
