 technically を入れることで、「（どんなに努力しても）技術的に不可能」といった含みが入ります。
下の文章では、「最良の品質を保証するためにも」という一言をつけ加えていますが、これを入れることで、あまり無理を言うと品質にかかわるという示唆が入ります。「ただ不可能だ」というよりも、「どのようにできないのか、なぜできないのか」ということを臭わせる書き方が効果的です。

unpredictable and uncontrollable で「予測不能、制御負不可」となり「どうすることもできなかった」という感じが出ますが、よほどのことがないかぎり、unpredictable あるいは unpredictable だけでも十分です。また、situation は適宜 (technical) issue 「（技術的）問題」などに置きかえることもできます。
