「見積」は estimate の他にも pricing、bid （「入札」のときの価格）などの言い方があります。
原稿をやりとりする仕事では、感覚的な要素が多いため「値上げ」の要請はむずかしいものがありますが、so that I can... のように「このままの料金では進められない」ことを示唆しておきます。
