How to read / Replace this part / Copy this to use

(2) Shōhin ni kansuru eigo no (1) jōhō wa gozaimasu deshō ka?
Copy this: 商品に関する英語の情報はございますでしょうか？

(1) can be replaced by other words such as catalog, datasheet, etc.
brochure: パンフレット panfuretto
catalog: カタログ catarogu
datasheet: データシート dēta shīto
technical data: 技術データ ghijutsu dēta

(2) can be replaced by other words such as prodcuts, service, business operation, etc.
products (plural): 商品 shōhin
service: サービス sābisu
business operation: 事業内容 jigyō naiyō

There is no difference in the singular and plural noun forms in Japanese. For example, both "a product" and "products" are the same: 商品 (shōhin).

If you have (the above), could you send me by email?

もしあれば、メールにてお送りいただけますでしょうか？

Moshi areba, mēru nite ōkuri itadake masu deshō ka?
Copy this: もしあれば、メールにてお送りいただけますでしょうか？

Or you could skip asking for the information's availability and start requesting it, as in the next example.

Could you send me the English (1) information on your (2) product(s)?

御社の (2) 商品に関する英語の (1) 情報をお送りいただけませんでしょうか？

On-sha no (2) shōhin ni kansuru eigo no jōhō o ōkuri itadake masen deshō ka?
Copy this: 御社の商品に関する英語の情報をお送りいただけませんでしょうか？

(1) can be replaced by other words such as catalog, datasheet, etc.
brochure: パンフレット panfuretto
catalog: カタログ catarogu
datasheet: データシート dēta shīto

(2) can be replaced by other words such as service, business operation, etc.
service: サービス sābisu
business operation: 事業内容 jigyō naiyō

It's always polite to add something like the above, regardless of the language.
