The Japanese expression for "I'm looking forward to" may depend on what you are looking forward to. See the other examples to follow.

"Dewa" is a conjunction roughly meaning "Then". Use this if you use the sentence at the end of your message. It sounds more natural in Japanese.

I’m looking forward to receiving (1) your product sample.

では、(1) サンプルをお待ちしております。

Dewa, sanpuru o omachi site orimasu.

(1) can be replaced by other phrase as the follows:
bochure: パンフレット panfuretto
catalog: カタログ catarogu
datasheet: データシート dēta shīto
technical data: 技術データ ghijutsu dēta

では、当日お会いできることを楽しみにしております。

Dewa, kaighi de oai dekiru koto o tanoshimi ni shite orimasu.
Copy this: では、当日お会いできることを楽しみにしております。

The phrase "tanoshimi ni shite orimasu" is usually used in the context where you meet up with someone, or when you will get something you are particularly waiting for.
