I will be away from office from (1) July 20 to (2) August 10 for (3) summer vacation. (4) Tom Brown will be in charge during my absence.

(1) 7月20日から (2) 8月10日まで、(3) 夏季休暇のため不在の予定です。留守中は (4) トム・ブラウンが代わりに担当させていただきますので、よろしくお願いいたします。

(1) Shichi-gatsu hatuka kara (2) hachi-gatsu tōkamade (3) kaki kyūka no tame fuzai no yotei desu. Rusuchū wa (4) tomu buraun ga kawari ni tantō sasete itadaki masu node yoroshiku onegai itashi masu.

(1) and (2): Follow the below to write a date in Japanese (the order of day, month and year is reversed): Years: Year + "年" (meaning "year")
Months: From January to December:
1月、2月、3月、4月、5月、6月、7月、8月、9月、10月、11月、12月
Days: Number of day + "日" (meaning "day")

(3) can be replaced by other phrases such as:
holidays: 休暇 kyūka
winter holidays: 冬期休暇 tōki kyūka
business trip: 出張 shucchō
training: 研修 kenshū
