(1) can be replaced by other phrases such as:
a tour of your factory: 御社工場の見学 on-sha kōjō no kengaku
(2): It's optional; however, your message will sound more polite with this sentence. Actually, it's a convenient expression often used at the end of message, roughly meaning "Please give it sufficient consideration, attention or care".
