Iu wa Yasu-ku Okonau wa Katashi

言うは易く行うは難し

Words: 言う Iu = say / wa = nominative joshi particle / 易く Yasu-ku = easy and (ku: connecting joshi particle) / 行う Okonau = do / wa = nominative joshi particle / 難し Katashi = difficult (archaic adjective form)

Pronunciation: [ee-woo-wa-yah-sue-coo oh-koh-now-wa-kah-tah-she] 

English Equivalent: Easier said than done. / Talk is cheap.

Notes: The meaning and usage are the same as the English counterpart. I would say we should always be nice to people. -- I know, I know, but it's Iu wa Yasu-ku Okonau wa Katashi.
